How much does a TimeWaver device cost?
Honest answer first: we do not publish device prices, because we do not sell devices. Professional TimeWaver systems are a significant investment, and the actual figure varies considerably by system, module configuration, region and current distributor terms. Any specific number you find on a third-party page is likely stale or wrong for your configuration.
For current device pricing, speak to an official TimeWaver distributor — they quote the system, modules, warranty and support that match your intended use. Our role sits on the other side of the purchase: we train teams to use the system well and consult on how organizations deploy it. In fact, most of our clients start working with us before owning a device, since sessions and early training can run on our access and analysis works remotely from recorded profiles.
How much does a TimeWaver session cost?
Our session pricing is published and flat:
- Private 1:1 TimeWaver Experience — SGD 1,800 for 90 minutes.
- Small-group Experience — SGD 2,500 for 2 hours, up to 4 people.
Both formats run in person in Singapore, fly-us-to-you, or fully online — information-field analysis works remotely from a recorded profile, so geography is a preference, not a constraint. If you want to know what actually happens in a session, see our Singapore sessions guide.
How much does TimeWaver training cost?
Training is where the numbers scale with ambition:
- Open quarterly cohort — SGD 1,500 per seat, 8–12 seats, running quarterly. The lowest-cost way to learn the full core curriculum.
- Corporate Foundations — SGD 15,000 for four 2-hour sessions, up to 10 participants, no observers. Your team, your machines, your real inquiries.
- Integration + Private Sessions — SGD 15,000 for two 2-hour sessions plus research, with concurrent 30–60 minute private sessions per participant at the in-program rate of SGD 1,000 per participant per hour (versus SGD 2,500 per hour booked separately). Both Phase 1 parts together: SGD 30,000 plus the private track — a 10-person team taking both parts with one private hour each lands at SGD 40,000.
- The full pathway — adding Phase 2 (Your Own Database, SGD 32,000–45,000) and Phase 3 (Pilot & Handover, SGD 35,000–50,000) brings the complete program to SGD 97,000–125,000 plus the private track, across roughly 8–10 months of active work. Each phase is confirmed separately.
What determines the scope of a corporate engagement?
Four variables move a corporate engagement up or down the range:
- Team size — Foundations caps at 10 participants with no observers; larger organizations run multiple groups or cascade through internal facilitators.
- Machine access — whether you already own a system, plan to buy one through a distributor, or run early phases on our access shapes scheduling and phase design.
- Phases chosen — training only, training plus your own database, or the full pathway through pilot and handover. Each phase is confirmed separately, so scope grows only by decision.
- The private session track — how many participants take concurrent private sessions, and for how long, at the in-program rate of SGD 1,000 per participant per hour.

Why train instead of paying per session forever?
Because the economics cross over quickly. An organization that books standalone sessions indefinitely pays SGD 2,500 per hour for a capability that never becomes its own. An organization that trains — and eventually builds its own database — front-loads the investment and then runs scans with internal facilitators at marginal cost. The full program is designed as exactly that trade: dependence declining as capability compounds.

Enquire About PricingHow do payment terms work?
Three rules, applied uniformly. First, all fees carry a 10% administrative and processing fee, applied before any applicable taxes — the numbers above are base fees. Second, payment is due on confirmation, before delivery: a phase, session or seat is scheduled once it is paid. Third, each corporate phase is confirmed separately — there is no obligation to continue past any phase, and no discount for pre-committing to phases you have not yet seen the results of.

A note on what you are paying for
You are paying for facilitation, training and consulting — not for a measurement authority. TimeWaver is used in this work as a consciousness and information-field support tool. It is not presented as a conventional diagnostic instrument or a replacement for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The scientific mainstream does not recognize Information Field theory, and TimeWaver's consciousness applications are not confirmed by independent studies; the studies that exist are vendor pilots. We price the work as what it honestly is: a structured reflective practice your organization learns to run itself.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a cheaper way to start?
Yes — two of them. A seat in the open quarterly cohort costs SGD 1,500 and teaches the full core curriculum alongside 8–12 other participants. A private TimeWaver Experience costs SGD 1,800 for 90 minutes and lets you feel the work first-hand before committing a team to anything. Neither obligates you to a corporate program.
Do prices include the device?
No. We train and consult; we do not sell TimeWaver systems. Professional devices are a significant investment that varies by system and configuration, and current pricing comes from official TimeWaver distributors. Early phases of our work can run on our access, so a device purchase is a decision you can defer until internal capability justifies it.
What is the 10% administrative and processing fee?
All published fees are subject to a 10% administrative and processing fee, applied before any applicable taxes. It covers scheduling, documentation, payment processing and program administration. It applies uniformly — no offer is quietly exempt — so the number you calculate is the number you are invoiced.
Can we pay per phase?
Yes. The corporate program is deliberately structured so each phase is confirmed — and paid for — separately. You commit to Foundations without committing to Integration, and to Integration without committing to the database build. Payment for each confirmed phase is due on confirmation, before delivery begins.
Why publish prices at all?
Because transparency filters better than persuasion. Published numbers let you rule us in or out before anyone spends an hour on a call, which respects your time and ours. It also sets the tone of the whole engagement: if we are honest about money on a public page, you can trust us to be honest about what the tool can and cannot do.
