TimeWaver for Business

TimeWaver BIZ is the business-focused TimeWaver system: its databases cover strategy, marketing, finances, people and operations rather than clinical themes. Organizations use it as a complementary reflective lens — scanning group profiles at the collective level, cascading to individuals only where something lights up, and training internal facilitators so the capability stays in-house.

What is TimeWaver BIZ?

TimeWaver BIZ is the business-oriented configuration of the TimeWaver system. Where most TimeWaver databases were authored by medical, homeopathic and psychological practitioners, the BIZ databases were written in the language of organizations. Its analysis areas read like a management curriculum: product development, marketing, human resources, management, vision & mission, SWOT, competitor markets, investments, finances, suppliers, employees, and sustainability.

The underlying mechanism is the same as every TimeWaver analysis: the system evaluates database entries against real-time quantum noise patterns and surfaces the entries most resonant with the profile and the question you encoded. What changes with BIZ is the vocabulary that comes back. Instead of remedy names and organ systems, the result list speaks of positioning, cash flow, supplier relationships and team dynamics — language a leadership team can actually work with.

How do organizations actually use information-field analysis?

In our corporate work the recurring use cases cluster around questions that surveys reach slowly or not at all:

The databases that carry real corporate scans are rarely medical ones. In practice a reading draws on TimeWaver BIZ, Holistic coaching, Holistic personality development, Quality management and Marketing — databases whose vocabulary converts naturally into the open questions that drive a working session. If you want the mechanics of that conversion, our guide on how to read TimeWaver results walks through the full decoding protocol.

Org profile company · dept · project Collective analysis group read as a whole Themes 2–4 per reading Individuals only where it lights up Collective first — individual only by exception Run by trained internal facilitators · roles and patterns, never named individuals
The organizational scan flow: the group is read as a whole, and individual inquiry happens only where a collective theme points there.

How does it scale to a whole company?

The question every leadership team eventually asks is some version of "how would we do this for 200 people?" The delivery model answers it. You do not scan 200 individuals — you create group profiles: a department, a project, or the whole company, analysed at the collective level. Themes are read for the group as a whole, and the inquiry cascades down to individual profiles only where something lights up.

Two properties make this workable at scale. First, the scans are run by trained internal facilitators — building that capability is precisely what the corporate training pathway exists for, so the organization is not renting an external practitioner forever. Second, analysis and harmonization work remotely from recorded profiles, so a distributed workforce across offices and time zones is not a blocker. The reading happens where the trained facilitator is; the people do not need to be in the room, or even in the country.

Whole company Departments & projects group profiles Individuals cascaded only where a theme lights up remote analysis: recorded profiles, any location Trained internal facilitators run the cascade — the capability lives in-house
Scale comes from reading collectives, not from scanning everyone: company, then departments, then individuals by exception.

Why do business outputs feel confusing?

Because most of TimeWaver's million-plus entries were written for other disciplines. Medical, homeopathic and psychological practitioners authored them for their own fields, in their own vocabulary. When a leadership team reads those entries without that grounding, the outputs feel arbitrary — and skepticism grows exactly where confidence should be building.

The durable answer is not a better cheat sheet. It is building a database in your own language — entries drawn from your frameworks, your values, your strategy documents — so the machine answers in vocabulary your team already owns. When the rubric is yours, the outputs make sense. Until then, disciplined database selection (BIZ, coaching, quality management, marketing) and a trained decoding method carry most of the load.

What does a corporate program look like?

Our corporate pathway is a capability ladder — each phase confirmed separately, each one leaving the organization more independent than the last:

  1. Foundations — four 2-hour training sessions for up to 10 participants, SGD 15,000. The team learns what the system does, how to decode outputs, and how to run a reading.
  2. Integration + Private Sessions — two 2-hour sessions plus research, SGD 15,000, with concurrent private sessions at the in-program rate of SGD 1,000 per participant per hour. Both parts together: SGD 30,000 plus the private track.
  3. Your Own Database — SGD 32,000–45,000. We co-design and build analysis databases from your frameworks, so outputs arrive in your language.
  4. Pilot & Handover — SGD 35,000–50,000. Internal facilitators run real scans with supervision, then take the capability in-house.

The full program runs SGD 97,000–125,000 plus the private-session track, across roughly 8–10 months of active work. Full details, including Experiences and open cohort seats, are on our programs and pricing page, and the numbers are unpacked line by line in how much does TimeWaver cost.

How does it compare with conventional org diagnostics?

Honestly. Engagement surveys and 360s are proven, statistically grounded, familiar instruments — nothing here argues against them. Information-field work sits beside them as a reflective lens that generates questions faster than instruments built to confirm answers:

What this work is not

TimeWaver is used in this work as a consciousness and information-field support tool. It is not presented as a conventional diagnostic instrument or a replacement for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The scientific mainstream does not recognize Information Field theory, and TimeWaver's consciousness applications are not confirmed by independent studies — the studies that exist are vendor pilots. We state this plainly because internal credibility is built on honest framing, not on overclaiming.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to own a TimeWaver BIZ system?

Not to start. Experiences, cohort seats and early corporate sessions can run on our access, and analysis works remotely from recorded profiles. Owning a system matters once you want internal facilitators running regular scans — at that point we help you plan the purchase through official TimeWaver distributors. We train and consult; we do not sell devices.

Can it analyse a whole department at once?

Yes. A group profile — a department, a project team, or the whole company — is analysed at the collective level first. Themes that surface are read for the group as a whole, and the inquiry cascades down to individuals only where something lights up. This is what makes the approach workable at organizational scale.

Is this a replacement for our engagement surveys?

No — and we would not recommend treating it as one. Surveys and 360s are proven, familiar instruments with real statistical grounding. Information-field analysis is a complementary reflective lens: it generates questions and themes your existing instruments can then test. Keep both; let each do what it does well.

How do we get our team trained?

Two routes. The corporate Foundations program trains up to 10 participants in four 2-hour sessions for SGD 15,000, on your machines and with your real inquiries. Individuals can instead take a seat in the open quarterly cohort at SGD 1,500 per seat. Both teach the same core curriculum: what the system does, how to decode outputs, and how to run a reading a colleague can follow.

Is this scientifically proven?

No, and we will not tell you otherwise. The scientific mainstream does not recognize Information Field theory, and TimeWaver's consciousness applications are not confirmed by independent studies — the studies that exist are vendor pilots. We teach the tool inside that honest frame, as a complementary instrument for reflection and alignment, never as a measurement authority.
